About Zambia Institute of Special Education
Zambia Institute of Special Education is one of the twelve (12) Public Colleges of Education in Zambia.
It was established in 1971 with the mandate to train In-Service teachers in Special Education Methodology. Its graduates then, obtained a certificate in Special Education, which enabled them to handle children with different Special Educational Needs and Disability (SENL).
